Well, this H wasn't as easy to load as the B was when we picked that one up. This time all the tires were down and it was about 23 degrees out. I only had this afternoon open to go get her so we had to figure out a way to make it happen.
The fronts were off the rims and down in the dirt so getting one of them up wasn't going to happen. The rears held air and we were able to get the brush hog undone so we had a chance. Travis pulled the trailer around and we pulled the tractor ahead to get her out of the holes. Thankfully the brakes let go and we could winch it up on the trailer.
We got everything lined up as best we could and got the fronts on the trailer. We had the rears half way up the ramps and the cable snapped on the come-along. ARGGGG!! 2000 lb winch pulling 4000 lbs of steel, what could go wrong? :shock: At least when it rolled back, the fronts didn't drop off too. Made a phone call and a friend brought us a chain driven winch. Finally got her up on the trailer but the rears were just a little too wide to fit between the fenders. Oh well, she's on and away we go before dark. Only 5 miles to the shop.
Now, with the fronts down - how to get it in the shop? I just got new front tires for the B and they had to go on before we could unload. So the B was back on her feet and when I hit the starter, she fired right up with a little choke. Good deal! We hooked a chain on the H and pulled her back into the shop and closed the door. Good end to the day! Here's some pics:

The H is a 1950 for those who took a guess the other day. Has a belly pump and is in pretty good shape. Need to see if the motor is loose and then get the front tires fixed so we can at least move it around. Thanks for reading!
