I have two original front rims for the super c that have the three lugs riveted to the rim. The rims are rusted out. Could I remove the lugs from my old rims and mount them on a new blank rim offered by Yesterday's Tractor? If so where could I get the new rivets
 
Yes you can use blank type rims to do that. As for the rivets I can not tell you but I have sen plow bolts used for that then heated and hammered so as to look close to what was factory
 
In reply to you question about riveting,
Have you checked out any large bolt and fastener supply companies?
Many of them have access to a large quantity of various fasteners including rivets.
Be certain to take a sample of what you have with you and you may come extremely close to the original.

Case VAC uses the same rim. My case VAC has exactly the same front rims as my son's Farmall Super C. Even the front weights from his SC fit the VAC, I know because I have them on my VAC right now..
Shhhhh don't tell him!!!!

This will give you another option for finding rims.
