Where is the fill tube?
You sure it's for transmission lube, and not an auxiliary fuel tank? 2-1/2" seems more like a fuel fill.
If it's truly the aftermarket one, your best shot is to find another tractor with the same aftermarket fill tube in a junkyard, and buy the cap. There may be a fuel cap or radiator cap that fits, though, but that'll be a matter of measuring and trial-and-error.
The factory fill/check is in the floor of the cab, right under the park lock handle. You may have to lift the floor mat to find it. Some cabs have a flip-up panel or a flap cut in the floor mat right there. |
