Pull the plugs, pull the starter and see if you can use the flywheel teeth and a good prybar type large screwdriver to turn it either or both ways, if it moves you are in luck. You might get it to start..... fresh gas, clean plugs and a fully charged battery. If not, then I would squirt quite a bit of kerosene in each cylinder, wait a few days, then try to move the flywheel again, and so on and so on. Kerosene is good at breaking down rust, and freeing up stuck rings ( to a point). But you have to consider the rods, mains, and valve train also, rust in those places are hard to get to until you get it home, a fencerow is not very handy place to remove much more. If you can't get it to move at all with the prybar, best to put the plugs & starter back in and plan on winching it up on the trailer, get it home, and hopefully in the shop, and start the above process from there.
