Hey guys, I think I found the major part of my problem. I read Jim's suggestion about checking pwr to the coil, it is about 8pm, went out to the shed with my tester to check it turned on the switch and startd to hook up the leads on tester, I must have bumped some wireing and seen a couple of flashes around the side of the gas tank and support. There was wire harness running between the support frame and fuel tank and seen some very brittle and lots of bare wires some rubbing against the fuel tank. One of the wires hit the frame and I heard the starter try to kick in!!!!!!!!! So that is my next problem to tackle. At least it is halfway warm outside ( MO.) to work on it. I hope I get to it before we get a big snow , I've got my 7ft plow on just in case. Jim, my dad use to call them beans 357mags. on the way to outhouse, got pretty cold out there in the winter!!!!!!!! thanks larry
