Farmall 140 axle tube vs. Super A

I would like to know which tractors have parts that are interchangeable with the 140 that I own. If I had to hazard a guess I would say the Super A, A and Cub........but it's only a guess, I know nothing of subtleties between the different models.

Cub is a completely different animal. Looks the same but almost zero parts will interchange.

A, Super A, 100, 130, and 140 are all the same family of tractors. If you're looking for a definitive list of what will/won't interchange though, I don't think you're going to find it.

The entire front axle assembly "should" interchange, but I don't know about just the axle tube. It's easy enough to take a few measurements to verify before you buy, though.

Where are you located Chris? I have at least 1 each of all of the different models and it would "pay you" to come by and look at the similarities and differences.

differnt style brakes on the 140 can make work with a grinder.
