Good deal on weights near Lewistown Missouri

Too far for me, but looks like a good deal on a set of rear wheel weights on ebay, pickup lewistown Missouri. I"ve seen them go from $100-$150, here is a set for $67.50 and seller says he has a 2nd set he"d sell for the same. 4 weights for $135. Item # 180934466459

In no way associated with the seller, just wanted to give a heads-up. I"d snap them up but am in Michigan.

I have 2 or 3 sets like that just laying around in the way. LOL but then I have a good number of weights off of a number of tractors and use them on disks etc from time to time

I am 8 miles away. I was raised in Lewistown,the last ones I bought I paid $25.00each.

Over the years I have seen wheel weight prices all over the place. I have seen them listed for a buck a pound and also picked them up for little or nothing. Saw a pair for a Case VAC listed on Craig's list for $150 for a pair

That is a fair price in todays market. I typically won't pay more than $15 each for them though. But I do see guys asking a buck a pound for them. I don't know if they sell them though.

$1/lb is suitcase weight price from what I have seen. There are some fools who think if this weight goes for $1/lb then this one should...not so much. Then why do 75# suitcase weights sell for just as much as 100# weights???

In my neck of the woods (eastern Canada) a set of IH wheel weights will fetch $100.00 every day of the week.

Over the past 3 yrs I picked up 16 sets of full wheel weights and a couple sets of half weights.
I've gotten them as little as 50.00 a set, but I had to pull them off the tractor. Usually, the tractor is in a swamp in the back woods, etc.
After doing that a couple of times I will happily pay twice that to just throw them in the truck bed and drive away!
