International sewing machine?

I was wondering if International harvester made sewing machines? I seen a ad for one for sale it was a international sewing machine but I'm not sure if it's IH or just International.

I think the Oliver sewing machines have nothing to do with the tractor Oliver.

Yes they did make one, at one of our club shows a vendor had one and sold it at the show.

Brother incorporated produced a sewing machine for years (there are current versions of "International Sewing Machines) the company was Brother International sewing Machines. There is no Net based info indicating that IHC ever produced, or marketed a sewing machine. Jim
