OP - (That means Original Poster) If you type phrases that you don't know into Google it will translate them for you. It isn't 100% but it is pretty good.
 
In the insurance business it stands for the governing boxy that sets the standards for how to deal with mild,fire,water damage etc. They changed their name to clean trust

In one of the other forums on this board, someone used the abbreviation BTO. I was wondering what THAT meant.

I don't have a problem with people using those, but it is a little confusing sometimes for those of us who are not as computer savvy as the rest of you.
