Decal on valve cover

Where on the valve cover does te decal go, centered are directly behind the oil filter, also how does the deals go in the starter fuel tank?

Sounds like a Regular?

If it is..

The decal on the valve cover is centered if there is no oil filter, if there is a oil filter I myself center it between #1 & 2 spark plug holes.

Im not quite sure on the starter tank. Probably the patent decal and the Always close needle valves decal.
