Farmall M Hydraulic Question

Gents,

If I ran into a two valve hydraulic control valve, from my belly pump, would I be able to control my 3 point and another attachment (like a tilt on an angle blade) at the same time? With the Hydraulic pump enganged of course?

I will assume the "two valve" you are speaking of here is a two spool,3 position, two way, spring to center valve, open center .

Yes you will be able to run BOTH the 3 point and "other" attachment, but NOT at the EXACT same time.(Either one or the other.

Example: The first section of the valve that the "IN" port of the valves you are running .If you are running that function,NO oil is going into the second section of that valve at that time.Does that make sense???

When you stop using the first function in the sequence of the valve, the SECOND section of the valve NOW has oil available to be used.

When both are used at the same time, one cylinder can link with another leading to extreme unexpected consequences, like the loader dropping and having the bucket tilting up at the same time with no control. One at a time is doable. Jim
