Farmall A Air-Cleaner (remove pipe from canister)

Hello. I have a Farmall A that looks as if someone has cut off the pipe from the Air Cleaner canister. It is almost to hood level. My question to you all is how/can this pipe be removed and replace? If so what is the process and the correct height of this pipe? THANKS

It may be cheaper and easier to replace the air cleaner asssembly. Have not looked at an A but most just bolt on with two bolts.

The A, and B both used the same air cleaner and I almost bet I have one laying around
