Farmall M clamps for rear steel wheels

Does anyone know where I can find a pair of clamps for Farmall M rear steel wheels? I bought a set of rear wheels and the chap couldn't find the clamps. He said he was quite certain that the clamps from the rubber tyre wheels would fit. I said I was sure they would not and they don't; they are only three quarters of the size of the correct clamp and the bolt holes do not line up. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

I think it depends on which steel wheel. In the 40's/50's my dad's H had both rubber (not cutoffs) and steel. I believe the clamps are interchangeable for the ones we had, but there was never any reason to find out.
