need tips 444 IH clutch replacement

I need any tips on replacing the clutch on an International 444 clutch. I guess this is called a stepped clutch since it is used for the transmission and PTO. When my dad replaced it years ago he found a cracked casting behing the clutch. He had it welded but the clutch never worked well for the PTO.

Hi, search archives for posts by Bernard le mecano as he gave procedure for installing and aligning clutch on B414,434,444,364,384 all the same dual stage clutch.

when I did mine, I placed the throw out bearing the pressure plate and clutch disk onto the trans. input shaft, bolted the motor up to the bellhousing then bolted the pressure plate to the flywheel through the inspection hole at the lower part of the bell housing, it worked out great
