Christmas parades, 2012, 1950 "H". These are two different towns, this good old "H" got "Best In Show" in one town.

Tpymaker; Here's pictures. The hitch is a Cross Manufacturing Co. model, about 30 years old. I've bent it up plowing and had to have it re=welded, I'd recommend a more heavy-duty model. Cylinder is IHC model, 3 1/2" bore x 8" stroke, the angle-iron hose-clamped to the piston rod is a depth gage since the Lift-All pump leaks a little, fenders are home-made, back-rest is from off a discarded secretary's chair, rear-view bicycle mirror on the light-bar, toolbox is from this site, fire extinguisher on the far right side.
