I hadn't heard, seen or read about such an animal. Is this guy blowing smoke or could such a thing be legit?
I have seen a multitude of engines swapped in F-20's and have heard all kinds of claims. So....have a look.

Hopefully the link made it through

Look a little deeper into the photo. The thing that jumped out instantly was the fuel filter and battery location. Its not a factory conversion, its a fab job.

I don't think it's factory or even a mule or prototype. Could of some farmer at sometime during the last 70 years had a played out F-20 that he re-engined with a diesel engine, probably. Might of very well built it as a cheap way to fill in some needs he had around the farm like running a mill, elevator, cutting wood or for field work who knows. The battery mount and fan shroud are two things the factory would definitely done different or better.

Really...you are going off the battery location to determine that!?! There must be A LOT of fake Ms and Hs out there because I have seen the batteries someplace else more than I see them in a box under the tank!

Nobody noticed that the fuel tank is sitting on a piece of wood and attached with plumber strap. Or asked the question of why IH would not have used their own gas start diesel like the one they were already producing for the WD40. They probably would have used the right radiator too. It looks good from a distance but its not a prototype or factory conversion

I thought it said "Beulah Land" At any rate yes, he's blowing smoke. Even if IH ever did experiment with a diesel in an F20 or 30 (which I have not read about) That sure is NOT a prototype. But it is an interesting conversion. It would look nice cleaned up a little and on 36 inch tires.
