If you find that the starter was jammed, a replacement starter drive is available that is much better than the old style. The main difference is the replacement of the drive spring with a better cushion based pinion, and smaller spring. How did the other information given you on prior posts work out? Letting us know what fixed your tractor's problems is important to all on the forum. Jim |

| If you accidentally left the fuel on, and it filled one or more cylinders with fuel it will not allow the engine to turn. Check the oil for gasoline smell. Also do not pull start a locked engine it is a sure way to bend a connecting rod, or break a crankshaft. Jim |

| the engines not locked up and i was just runiing it about a week ago and i went to start it and it did even make a sound that it wanted to turn over i tryed the starter but it didnt work but i will try it again to |
