Guys, Heading home (Northeast Iowa Cresco)for Thanksgiving (the first since 1984)from Southern Colorado tomorrow. I read in Red Power that there is a museum off of I80 East of Council Bluffs. I can't find that issue. Need to know where it is. Would like to stop and take a look see. Thanks
 
Farmall-Land....call ahead before you go. My wife and I went over Christmas break last year. She called ahead since Farmall Land wasn't going to be open but they opened it up for us. It was well worth stopping and checking out the museum. What a collection of IH tractors, toys, and vehicles! Any IH person should stop and see this at least once in their lives.

It is located in Avoca, Iowa, on the south side of the intersection of I-80 and US 59.

Its at the Avoca Iowa I-80 exit 40, called Farmall-land. It is on the Southeast corner at the junction of I-80 & Hwy 59 (exit 40).

In their latest ad in Red Power Magazine it states the Museum is open April 14 thru October 21, 2012 but call Jerry Mez at 402-490-1574 (his cell phone) for a special tour during the off season. I haven't been there but have heard from many people it is a must see - good luck and hope this helps, Hal.

I've been there once. Need to go again. Well worth the trip. Jerry can tell some good stories also.
