i just got my 656 running and the only way the 3pt will go up is if one of the outlet valves is on. everything else works what could be sticking? thanks

It would be the unloading valve. Might be plugged orfice in piston, bad o-ring, or some thing holding ball off it's seat. It is located in draft control cyl valve under seat. I would at least look at picture in parts book if you do not have a service manual.
