One Hour 560

Just finished reading article in RPM about the "One Hour 560." Amazing. Just some questions on the picture of it. The picture shows black axles, red generator, and the pto lever is all red. Is this painted back to factory specs?

Axles were not painted, on a farm where the wheels are often adjusted it makes no sense to paint them. Painted axles red or black do not look right to me, since when I grew up the axles were not painted. Generator and PTO lever were red from the factory. Replacement generators and starters were black.
