Neighbor has one of these, it is great sounding but will not lug like the 1466.

Always thouoght these tractors were the coolest IH ever made. dad worked in the IH dealership when these came out. He said they were a pain in the raer but I still think they are cool.

The last 1468 I saw had a hole in the block you could throw a basket ball thru. Many of 1468's had engine problems, it's nice to see a survivor.

That is a straight ol 14, and at 8 grand it makes me wonder if it has motor trouble or a bad TA. Seems to cheap. Heres a pic of mine

There was one floating around with a hole in the block that was a black striped onr.

Its a western tractor so i bet it doesn't have a 3 pt or TA. A lot of the prarie tractors didn't. Yours looks great. Kent

Not many tractors back then would lug like a 14. Its the same with trucks. The V8 diesels don't lug like the Cummins 6 does. Kent
