49 cub clutch

I have a favor to ask for my elderly neighbor.Clyde rebuilt his 49 cub from the ground up.and did a fair job for the resources he had.He used quality parts also.After finishing he made a test run that went well. After going back a week later he found the clutch locked up in gear.Any help on what he may have missed.Thanks to all in advance... Chuck

Clutch locked up in gear? Probably the shift lever has jumped out of the rails and the TRANSMISSION is locked in two gears.
