Low oil pressure on M engine rebuild

I recently did an out of frame rebuild on a Farmall M engine. Plastigage was used on the main bearings to ensure proper tolerance. Oil pump has been inspected and refirbished. I'm getting good oil flow to the head but very little coming out of the L shaped fitting coming out of the block where the oil line is attached. Is it a cam problem? Are the rod and main bearings getting sufficient oil? Help is needed!!

You ever notice how a Farmall M-450 engine with great oil pressure gets oil pressure very slowly upon start up? This would indicate that there is limited availability for flow at the sensing location even if the static pressure would be quite high.

I have removed the line from the block. No guage attached. It just drips out of L pipe attached to the block. When the pressure line is hooked up I have no pressure.

You may have left out an oil galley plug under front timing cover. I would blow air into fitting on block and listen where it is going.
