Mystery 1466 year

Looking at maybe buying a 1466. Only think is the serial tag is missing. I know the guy that owns it and hes had it for as long as I can remember so its not all pieced together. My question is with the tag gone is there any other way of identifying the year or perhaps the serial number is located in another place as well?

I think on some 75 and all 76 models had the serial tag on the rearend and had one peice draw bars. No difference what year. your getting the best tractor ever built. thats good enought in my book.show us some pics when you get it.I have the toy one.LOL Kent

Look for casting date numbers on major castings. You should be able to figure out year from them.
