IH 3444 Hydra Shuttle Transmission

Hi, I am working on a IH 3444 and I was wondering if anyone knew any info about the Hydra Shuttle Transmission. The tractor I am working on has a issue with not picking up oil pressure to move the tractor. From what I can remember to get the tractor to move you had to hold the foward petal down for 5-10 minutes before it would get pressure. If anyone has any ideas to what is wrong, I would appreciate it if you shared.

Be advised that this particular series was a IH CE (Construction Equipment), I hope that someone out there maybe worked for a dealer that had that contract, I am not aware of a Tractor that FE (Farm Equip) sold that had this exact transmission. They made a lot of these early models 3414, 3514, 3616, same design but more HP. Now for any service & parts Komatsu/Dresser/Hough is the contract.
