MCV Pressure

My 1086 loses MCV pressure once the tractor gets up to operating temp. At pto speed it is able to maintain its pressure but once it drops below 1500 rpm the light comes on and it looses power steering, brakes and clutch. I have changed the pump, added the kit that removes the supercharge line, changed the fluid and filter, overfilled the trans. with five extra gallons of hi-trans. When installing the pump I made sure that all the spools in the valve body moved as they should. With the gauges on it maintains at least 265 psi with the ta in both positions. At lower rpm the lube pressure will drop to 0. Any ideas?

Thanks Brett

Did you change the filter so there are no restrictions ? Next are the o-rings for the TA good where they pass through the casting to the TA. Sounds like an o-ring leaking or gasket or a cracked tube.

Make sure that your priority valve in the MCV is installed correctly and is not sticking. A stuck valve can give you the problems you are having.
