I have a 756 with a fast hitch. I have the 3 point conversion prongs that are straight. I am not able to lift my implements very high. What is the height difference between fast hitch and 3 point?
I was thinking I would have a guy weld on a piece to the end of the prong with a hole in it to raise the height. How tall a piece?

A salvage yard guy once said to rotate the lift arms one notch to the spot where 3 point would be. Is this a good and/or easy option?

Take the washer off the end of the rockshaft. You will see a set of arrows. They are mrked 2pt or 3pt.line up the 3pt arrows. You can go with a 3" to 4" 'upset' on your 'prongs'.I used that method fir years, till I converted my 706 to factory 3 point.Steve

You would turn the arms up 1 notch if you were converting to 3pt hitch, but I think you might break something if you try it with the fast hitch installed.

I got these arms off ebay for my 300 and they have made the height about right. I like being able to put the drawbar all of the way down almost to the ground but for 3 point equipment these work well since they are several inches above a straight line from the FH.
