Im in the market for a super AV and looked up pictures and see that both AV and the AV with the super arched over the top are on tractors. Ive comitted to purchasing a 1952 AV that is claimed to be a "super". Was there a difference in the decals? what one is correct?

(quoted from post at 13:20:14 08/04/12) The curve was on the early model, yours is red letters on a white background.

Are you confusing "culti-vision" with "Super"? I think ALL Super As and Super AVs used the same decals.

For the first year or two?, the SA and SAV had the curved Super--I think it is in Guy Fay's Letter Series and I have seen pictures on this forum fairly recently.

I misinterpreted the original question. The "arch" referred to is the Super over the A with the white background. The early SA had white letters with a red background, but had a curvy (Guy Fay's words) Super crossing the top half of the A. Pages 38,39 Letter Series.
