Neighbor lost a 706 in a shop fire last spring.I am going to get widefront,fenders,rearwheels/tire(18.4x34),pto unit,few misc parts.Anyone need engine(D282),rearend parts?Also a good complete fast hitch.Located in western Colorado.

Unfortunately those type usually have distorted metal from the heat unless it was a quick fire. Pretty much junk.

I would salvage only those parts that still have all of the paint on them. If the fire was hot enough to burn off the paint, there is a very good chance the strength of the steel has been compromised enough to allow that wide front to just fold up into a pretzel if pressed back into use. I've seen it happen.

Pretty much just got the upper right front.Ruined the right rear tire from heat,fender just has just has a little paint discolored.rearend is untouched

Scrap price(possibly less) will probably buy it.BTW,the injection pump is 'toast',and it seemed to have an intake valve 'puffing'before the fire.
