Friend asked me to order some brakes for his H,he told me 24 spline. I only show 10 or 12 in my parts book. This is his first tractor, could he of counted wrong.Me,I only do JD,so no help either. Thanks

Sounds like he has the disc brake package that could be purchased to take the place of the band brakes. It will show the discs in a last print H parts book or maybe the on line parts lookup.
May have to get a brake shop to reline his discs or cut the lining so that he can install on the discs.

D Slater is on the track. Osco-Lambert disc brakes were dealer (or aftermarket, farmer) installed. THey will say Osco-Lambert, and have three retaining bolts to the housing. (probably can find replacement discs, but pricy. The IH discs have far fewer splines. Jim

If indeed they are the Ausco-Lambert brakes, the best thing you can do is remove them completely and re-install the original band brakes. Far as I know, there are no parts available for the Ausco-Lambert brakes.

I have an MD with the Lambert brakes. I took the discs to the local Clutch/brake shop and they relined the disks for me. That was 10 years ago and they still work. I took the actuators apart and cleaned everything up when I had them apart. At that time, IH still had the parts, but they were pricy. As I recall, one disk was going to cost as much as it did to get all four of them relined.
