1086 lights

Do the factory lights on a 1086 make enough light to farm at night? Does anybody have pictures of one with exta lights on the cab or elsewhere?

The lites are alright but they will not lite up a stadium . If your looking for that then there will be some rewiring needed . Brighter lites require more amps heavier wire CV relays curcit breakers A set of GE 4509 bulbs up ft on a CV relay will brighten up the night but ya can't run them on the road . AND THEY DO GET REALLY HOT.

The 86 series is bad about blowing the fuses for lights that are in the panel below the steering wheel. Better to add some additional lights on a new circuit with separte switch. Be sure to fuse the new circuit with appropriate size fuse.
