After the tightening recommended below, use a container of Subaru radiator conditioner sealer. (actually a regular addition to coolant changes in some models. Unless it is leaking oil to the outside, or combustion internally, I would try the conditioner. Jim

Yes i have . I have seen it more with Fel Pro gskts. You may get lucky with a HOT retorque , like i said MAY GET LUCKY . IF this does not work then it is time to replace the head gskt and have the head checked for warpage and have it milled down . We just had a second 706 gasser eat a Victor head gskt yesterday and this was on and engine with 170 hrs on it after rebuild . I know the deck of the block is flat as it was decked and contour bores recut as it took .009 to clean up the deck and .008 on the head. The head was retorqued HOT and i know my torque wrench was correct because it had just come back for being recaulibrated . They were using it to pull the big silage wagons and it got strained really bad Way to much for a 706 tryen to haul 18 footer full to the roof . My 806 does not even like it . They work the bag off the 1066 on the hills.

If it were mine...........

I'd first pull the valve cover and retorque the head bolts to see if it would stop.
