Haven't heard to much good about it yet. Not to put you down but i was between it and the IH 2150 for my Super M. I went with the 2150 and am happy i did.

I remember somebody saying that they would be the guinea pig. They also wanted to save $20 on the entire project with junk paint.

How much did you end up using?

No, that is not supposed to happen, but is fairly common with cheap spray paint. Yes, this is VERY common with Majic from what I have read.

I have used almost two cans sflem, I will start sanding again. what do you think I should use and where do I get it ? new work clothes not show just want it right.I am in kennesaw ga.

For rattle cans along with the spray gun version, yes -- that is typical of alkyd enamel, particularly the stuff being sold now.

At a minimum I would use Valspar Restoration series. Not sure where you would get it down there, but we get it at Farm & Fleet or Fleet Farm up here.

The other entry level paint choice would be CNH paint.

If you want it red rattle cans will work, but the paint is WAY thinner than HVLP application. The rust will pip through in a few years if your experience is anything like mine.

Same here!

I just sprayed a wheel weight with a "Majic" rattle can.Left it set out in the sun ALL DAY to dry,STILL "tacky".

I think this paint is made the way to help "stick" to older paint and rust/poorly prepared surfaces???? The way this stuff acts,it seems like I could paint over Teflon and get it to stick and cover well! lol
