Went to Pioneer days at Albany today and met up with central MN YTrs Teddy52food and his son, GNP/Fatboy, and IH3388. discussed tractor and non tractor (permitted there) topics for better than an hour. Very fine conversation and comradely observations. Nice to have faces on friendlies. Jim

Jim I seen you watching the parade by the black smith shop but didnt get a chance to say Hi this year. We camped up there for the weekend was a pretty good show. Paul

Thanks. If anyone wants a picture of any of the tractors in the parade let me know. I took at least one of each, including the water tractor. Jim

Till about 1:45, I was wearing a Black SCSU Hoodie (white letters.) Then I took it off and had a Hawaiian shirt with surfboards. I was standing south of the little school house. We met at about noon on the north edge of the Depot Platform/porch. Sorry I missed you. Jim

Jim, Wearing a Hawaiian shirt with surfboards is certainly the way to standout at a tractor show. Great idea if it was planned - I'll have to remember that one, Hal.

I agree. Remember the invite to my labs to check them out. also I wanted to make sure you (all) know that if you ask me to help with making a part, or what ever, it is materials cost (if any) only kind of deal. Thanks again. Jim

I explained that that was what I would be wearing when we put the plan together earlier. See post below. Jim

No, I wasn't there. I just remembered that you already had your outfit picked out a week before the show. Is that your standard tractor show outfit?

Would there be enough demand to make the oil pump plate for the A,B,C farmall's? Make them about a half inch thick so they couldn't warp. I don't know if you can get new ones from IHC anymore at a reasonable price.

It was nice meetings you guys also. Also finding out how we know each other thru other people. see you next year!
