There are 4 bolts that hold the intake section to the exhaust section of my distillate manifold. Cancer mice have caused an opening at the two bolts on the bottom side of the exhaust manifold that are directly in line with, and right next to the #2 and #3 plug. The #2 plug had a carbon line on the outside of the plug from the wire connection almost to the base on the outside of the plug. That's where I thought the spark was jumping to the manifold. The #3 plug had a lot of carbon buildup on the wire connection and was heating up from the exhaust gasses hitting it causing a "glow". I cleaned all of the carbon off of both plugs, fired it up and went to full throttle. No external spark. I also discovered another hole in the exhaust manifold that is not supposed to be there and it is not the factory drain hole either. So I guess I"m in the market for another distillate manifold.
