i redid the silonid wiring as suggested it still won't start, there is still no fire

once again, our famous john t has a testing proceedure to trouble shoot a distributor ignition system. here is a link to his post. print a copy and and follow it step by step.

Simple hot wire it. If it then starts then you know you did something wrong if it does not start then you have a points/distributor problem which can happen over night
