What is the correct size for fronts for a 706 Wide Front? I want three rib tires...mine has some kind of implement tire...can't go check since it's 100 miles away at the farm tonight...Thanks, Cmore

According to Tractor data it is 7:50 x 18

My '7' came with 9.5Lx15 fronts.7.50 16 is also good.Depends what size rears it has and how 'level' you want it.

Read your question again,I think you're asking so you can buy tires and take them up to your tractor and install them 'on site'.Bad idea. The front wheels/rims are easily and frequently changed.Odds are the tires you take will probably not fit.Do a 'visual' before you order tires.Example is I changed my '7' from the 9.5lx15 to 10.00x16.Its also worn 7.50x16 for a short time when I needed a narrow tire to 'follow' a row.

I have 9.5Lx15s 3 rib on my 706. It's time for a new set and I was thinking about 11Lx15 4 rib. Any opinions on the larger size?

The rims may be too narrow for the wider tires,or the tire may rub the 'upright'.Go with 9.5Lx15 4 rib.Thats what I had on mine before I swapped to the larger tire/wheel.

Nope, just want new tires at some point..and 3 or 4 rib tires...these are OK for now..in fact was just down at farm today and disced with the ole girl... I'm afraid that any larger tire might rub on the front assembly....Thanks, Cmore

Several sizes were available when new. In our area most had 6:50 x 16 or 7:00 x 16 three rib.
