Farmall F 12 Camshaft

Would anyone know of a parts place that a person could order a camshaft for a F 12? Or is it necessary to have the grind shop repair the old one? The fuel pump lobe seems to be wore down on this one.
 
What does it mike out. I have some cams and i can tell how much its worn if you give me a reading cant believe its worn is there a grouve where the arm makes contac as that lobe is pretty wide and yours must have a grouve worn in as the arm doesent have that wide arm where it rides on the lobe.
 
I was ask about it today and said I would see what I could find out. He said the fuel pump arm had been brazed on the end. When he puts the pump and arm in place it only moves about .100. He has not opened up the engine yet. I would guess from your reply it has a groove.

I told him if it were me I would remove the camshaft to check it. Is the camshaft for the F 12 used on any other models?
 
If there's a pushrod you may be able to braze the end next to the cam lobe. I had that done my dad's 1939 Ford when fuel pumps didn't seem to last very long. Ome of my classmates told me to talk to his as he was a machinist and a mechanic. Told me to pull the pump and pushrod and he brazed it and that fixed the fuel pump problem. Hal
 
Is it expensive to have a cam shaft repaired in the U.S. I had an old Mercedes 300D cam (5 cylinder engine = ten lobes) built up and ground back to correct size twelve months ago. It cost $180. I was pretty happy with that.

Thanks everyone. I just found out that the F 12 belongs to a cash short school teacher that only used it a coupla times to run in a local parade. It will most likely be placed on a back burner for a spell.
 
Probably the same as in all the 113 engines. Sounds like the problem is with the welded arm on the fuel pump as iv never seen a cam for the 113 engine have any wear.
