Remove the rear wheels and the caps on the axles, the seal is in the cap. When I remove wheels I remove the rims and the wheel weights to lessen the weight and use an engine hoist, or whatever it's called.
 
Pretty easy job. Biggest thing is heavy parts and rusty bolts.

Clean the axle shat VERY well before sliding the cap on. I have also heard of putting something between the seal and the axle to avoid nicking the new seal during reinstallation.
