Hello, i live in SE michigan and am in the process of restoring a 39' F20. I need the complete shut off assembly to shut the tractor off/ground out the mag,from the tractor seat. There should be a rod that connects to the mag and runs up threw the hood,then theres a long rod that runs back to the steering post with a handle to shut the mag off.Does anyone have one of these they would be willing to sell?? any leads or info would be greatly appreciated!! I have been looking for a long time with no luck!

I think you could fabricate one pretty easily... we found one at a junkyard - but husband was going to fabricate one if we had not found one.
We have had success at the following places: (just google any of them for contact info)
Nebraska Cowman - NB obviously
Alderson Tractor - IA
Biewer's Tractor Salvage - MN
Burgh Implement - PA
Gordon Rice Equipement - maybe PA, cannot remember
Also have purchased Regular/F20 parts on Ebay, from Fordson house.

The little rod that goes from the mag up through the hood I have reproduced. I am out of the tube and rod but have some ordered.

You can ship it, I have done boxes that long provided they are fairly
skinny. A tube works or with enough cardboard and tape you can
make anything.
