I bought a c20 plow to use with my farmall 230. I got it for 50 bucks so i couldnt pass it up. I have a couple questions about it.. it has what looks to be cast points, shins and landslides that are worn pretty bad are these parts still available and if not are the bottoms on this plow interchangable with the bottoms off a international trailer plow? when new did the c20 come with different size bottoms? i ask becouse i believe mine has 14 inch bottoms and the trailer plow i have has 16 inch bottoms and if it was possible to switch them i dont want the bottoms to be too big so the plow doesnt work correctly.

The entire bottoms (with frog) will bolt right on to the beams with 3 bolts. The C-20 plow frame width is adjustable from , if I remember right , anywhere from 11" up to 16". Your only problem, as I see it, is if the 230 can handle 2-16" bottoms. Depends on your soil type, it may or may not pull it.
 
There are some parts out there but you wont like the price... $200 a moldboard, i stuck with my old ones... you can switch with all ih bottoms, you can use those 16" bottoms. You'll have a little overlap but should be fine. From what i hear a little bigger bottom is fine but you can't really go to a 12" bottom.
