Sharp, SHarp, SHArp, SHARp, SHARP!! Where did you get the levers chromed? That really makes it stand out!

I sent hood bolts, front wheel bolts, shifter, throttle, hyd levers, air intake cover, light knob, fuel & radiator cap, and other misc stuff to Atlas Plating in TX. They are very high quality plating shop, my assistant at work help build high end motorcycles and that's who they use.

thx

That muffler is darn close to the hood. You could scorch or bubble your paint. If it were mine I would raise it up about 4 inches more from the hood )longer manifold pipe) and lop 4 inches off the top.

yes not happy with muffler... dont want noise of straight pipe. looking for stainless exhaust I think.

Bermuda Ken Updike is taking orders on stainless steel mufflers for the H and M. Check with him on the 560. 608-455-2411.

Looks good. With all your attention to detail you should do
something about your pto handle. It should be black at the end like
the throttle.

yes that will be addressed, was going to have it wrapped in black leather but having some issues with that. It will be black... :)

thx

That really looks nice!! I bet that JD shirt makes
that Farmall run a little better too. lol... Will
there be another project after you finish this one?
Working on these older tractors can be addicting.

Dont have any plans for another one, guy who helped me is thinking 1466. When we do it will be of this quality :)

Gauge shows it yes, but it's not tractor is running 160-170 degrees everywhere with digital temp gauge.

Might need a cooler thermostat

Think I would also have to wear shades if I ever drove a tractor that shiny. I'm surprised you don't wear surgical gear prior to mounting.

How are you going to keep paint on the diamond pedal pads?

Corn looks good despite all the brown corn I've seen on TV.
