3688 TA pressure

Can press reg valve be shimmed to increase pressure?
Working on a 3688 with new TA, DD&TA press is 215#, MC valve has been "gone thru" with new spring kit from HY-Capacity, have OEM springs ordered. Press was low with orig springs also. thanks, john

When you replaced the spring did you check spring lenght ?? Did you replace the MCV pump ?? are you sure that you do not have a leak and loosen pressure else were . Normally i have to remove a coil or two to decrease pressure to get what i want . Normally with a new spring kit you would be at around 290-310 and depending on what tractor it is i set pressures between 235-275.
