I have a 1945 Farmall BN I restored a number of years ago. I used a lot of your help both directly and indirectly (old messages) when I put it together. It"s an aweome runner, having bee outfitted with an Woods L306 mower.
Anyway, I"ve never got it to charge correctly. It either charges with what appears to be without regulation on the H setting, or not at all. I keep it on a battery tender, so it doesn"t much matter, but I"d love to get it working right, with the original 6V system.
BTW....a website about the work is linked.
Any interest in coming out to Honeoye Falls to make a house call. I"d provide beverages of choice, and I could probably get my wife to make you a hell of a dinner, or I coulfd just flat out pay you.
Let me know.
