Check out this craigslist ad I found: http://sanantonio.craigslist.org/grd/3155430878.html

I was aware of a Farmall BN, but I didn't think any were made this narrow. Does anyone know if anything like this was made from the factory?

Thanks, Clint.

There is one of those in Christchurch, New Zealand. It was used in a berry farm for cultivating between rows of raspberries. It was local modification and would be tricky with any ground slope.

Now-now... Most of my best buys have come from Craigslist.

Ignore C/L? in reply to CNKS, 08-01-2012 17:04:44
Why do you say that? I have sold many items and implements there. Very Happy with it. Sold my old Honda 4 wheeler in one hour. A JD 350 mower in 4 hours.
I saw a Farmall 350 on there, called the guy, made a down payment via paypal, and picked it up a week later. He sold that in 4 hours.
Most everyone is doing all business via telephone and pickup. No Shipping, no Nigerians. The people that get scammed are those that are trying to buy a 50k tractor for 10k. They deserve what they get.
Don't rain on someone else's parade for no reason.

I don't imagine that my response will have any effect at all. Only my opinion, no one is getting wet. The current ad was ridiculous, claiming it was a rare tractor, has happened before. I have my own sources to buy or sell a tractor, Craig's List is not one of them. I am not an active trader, I have better things to do, such as restoring the tractors I have.

It's got the heavy cast wheels on both sides. It should be fairly stable on level ground.

That one was modified by the owner to make it tip over easier. I don't know what it would be used for except to get somebody hurt. Somebody just removed both axle housings and mounted both sides like the left side of a A.

I notice it does not have a seat. The operator must walk backwards on top of the right tire while steering it. That way he could jump quick when it started turning over, if he had not already fallen off of the tire.
