What is it? An umbrella pole bracket maybe?

I've never seen one before. Kinda looks OEM to me. I've got no use for it, so I'm tossing it. Probably end up on ebay some day. Whatcha think?

That is not an OEM bracket many types were sold in the different areas for umbrellas. Lots of small welding shaps would make them. I never liked the ones on the steering post as they would interfear with throttle settings when you hit a bump but the shade was great.

I just put one exactly like that on an H last night.
It's stamped "H&M" and some sunshade company.

There should be two or the umbrella will tip over. Did they ever make an OEM umbrella or bracket? It isn't in the parts book.

My dad had the same one our 1953 Super H and it was used for and umbrella that had the wood pole still have the umbrella frame but the fabric is gone.

Dime a dozen in the 40s and 50s. Our H had one. Dealer sold them, but they were not IH.

I've never seen more than one on a tractor. But I
did make a little clip to hold the pole bottom on
mine.

Should have "H-M Products Co." stamped in.Used to see a lot of them.Many specialty item builders the made accessoies foe the H-M series.

When and if I do list it on ebay I'll probably ask about 10 bucks for it plus shipping. Anyone wanting to save me that trouble, let me know.
