I have my "new" rims with the tires mounted and am trying to remove the old rims from cast wheel. I loosened the 6 nuts and got 3 to move with a BFH - the other three appear to be locked in place.

Any slick idea on how to get the other three broke free? Given the condition of the rim I'm tempted to cut the bar off the rim and drive the pins into the wheel one by one.

Drive it around, carefully, eventually it should come loose and fall off.

Don't know what tractor you have, but if a 350-560 type the rim can be removed by backing two of the jack bolts side by side off. When using the same rims that helps keep them in adjustment. If putting new rims on you probably want to get all jack bolts turning free. Get the rim off and clean the threads. Remove jack bolts from the wheel if needed to a vice and heat the nuts to get them moving if soaking won't work.

This is on a Farmall 350.

What do you mean by:

"backing two of the jack bolts side by side off"?

I have loosened up all 6 of the jack bolts but three seem to be locked in place and refuse to back off at all from the rim rails (soaking in PB Blaster). I could probably get it off by backing the three up as far as they will go (or do you mean you can get it off just backing off 2 as far as they will go?).

I will be replacing with the exact same rims (6 bar 12"X38" rims from another old 350.

2 or 3 next to each other backed all the way off should do it.
