Very nice! Never seen one of those before. I worked for a chap who rebuilt a 1909 Buick. He said it drove OK, but basically had no brakes. Is the IHC similar?

very cool

except the steering wheel's on the wrong side.

(apologies to the brits & colonies)

now you've got me wondering when it was that the left side became the standard.

I do not know about the brakes as this is not mine. I have I worked on, a drive my late father in laws 1919 Dodge and can say the band brakes on a car that can go 45 mph is very interesting to say the least. My next car project is to bring his 1909 model T back to life. I would guess this International has a band brake somewere. For me it was so interesting how much it looks like it's life and design was started as a buck board wagon.

There were about 6 of these auto buggies and similar IHC vehicles of the same era at the National Red Power Roundup in Duquoin. They were all restored and in running and driving condition. They drove them in the parade.
