W4 won't run

Hi all , got a W4 with a sticky valve that won't run unless I squirt gas in the carb . It did run good last fall , could it be the carb or not enough vacume to pull up the gas because of the sticky valve , and what's a good solution to fix that valve ?

Even if one valve is sticky, you've got three more cylinders that should provide plenty of vacuum. At worst, it should run on thee cylinders with a skip.

Your problem is in the carburetor or the fuel tank. You need to take the carburetor apart, clean it, and install a rebuild kit.
