I just discovered that my 3 year old new replacement radiator has sprung a leak. Apparently when i installed it i had it a little too far forward and the drain outlet was touching the front of the casting hole. Vibration has broken it loos and it weeps now.
What are my repair options? I have never been able to find a reasonably priced radiator shop in the past, so that's out. Will any epoxy work?
What i dread the most is the amount of effort it is going to take for getting it out and back in.
